Recommendation

That Council authorize and direct the Warden to write the Minister of Finance and ask him to reconsider his Ministry's decision to restrict its matching relief in the Business Education Tax for properties in the broad commercial property class to the upper-tier only instead of basing it on the combined savings granted by both levels of government in the County of Lambton.
